* Leaders aren't afraid to include innovation and creativity when setting and achieving goals.

* Good leaders also try to keep everyone involved in the strategies that they have implemented.

* Good leaders encourage integrity, ethics, and good values in the workplace. This is one of the most important qualities of leadership.
