New Research on Alcohol and Good Blood Pressure

If you are reading this article you are concerned about hypertension and alcohol. There is a new research out that tells us drinking in moderation is ok for men and helps us keep Good Blood Pressure. In fact, it can even lower high blood pressure. How about that for the start? So should you start drinking now and not worry about your hypertension? Unfortunately, other research indicates that alcohol can spike up the high blood pressure instantly.

Hypertension is called a silent killer because it that can lead to deadly heart attacks, kidney and heart failure, strokes and premature deaths. In most cases people with high blood pressure do not pay attention to the symptoms until it is too late.

What happens to Good Blood Pressure when you drink?

It is important to understand how alcohol affects our body. Alcohol contains ethanol, water soluble poison, that enters into blood stream almost instantly. Since our body consists of 80% of water, ethanol affects all cells of your body.

Hypertension is an existing problem for many people. Some research indicates that drinking in moderation can actually be more beneficial for cardiovascular system. This research suggest that man that drink in moderation can actually develop Good Blood Pressure.

Now you decided to take a drink. You body feels tired, but still has capacity to fight. Well, you decide that you need to completely get wasted and shut your body down. In this case you and your best friend - "alcohol" overpowers the body and its defensive mechanism. You win! Your body is completely out of service!

Fortunately, everyone is responsible for his or her own body. Try to maintain healthy life style to keep Good Blood Pressure.

Many heavy drinkers also have severe hypertension and other health problems. It is best to see your doctor, talk to your family member or a friend to if you think you have alcohol addiction. Hypertension may be a side product of severe drinking. Bottom line you will need help to get through this and keeping up with good blood pressure is the least of the concerns. Otherwise, drinking in moderation should not hurt if it is done not often.
