Review aerobic fitness dvd programs in better.

By Frita Slaga

I am excited about this website that is new reviews for aerobic fitness DVDs. I don't know if anyone might care for my opinion.

I don't claim to be fitness buff but I do know that it is greatly appreciated to see somebody putting some effort into opening a forum for fitness videos. I don't care to take chances on aerobic fitness dvd programs only to find out that I lose interest fast or they bore me after 2-3 times.

I think the value of reading what others wrote pertaining to the aerobic fitness DVDs are unmeasurable in making decisions to purchasing.I also think it is great to be able to leave my comments on any one video and read and rank any others that I have tried.

When I saw an aerobic fitness DVD at Sams club, I went to http:// LikeFitness.com and to see if I could find and blogs or reviews on the DVD and it did!Yes, I also know that this is a store to make purchases. But I think at least it gives me a head start towards the right direction.

It had mixed results, so I saved some money. I like to bookmark sites like these because it will give me the ammo needed to make the right decision and also in this economy, I cant afford to make the wrong decision.

I usually dont write up stuff like this and post it. I was just glad there finally is a site out where its not just about the money! This was my first time to look online for an aerobic fitness DVD because we just needed to cut out our expensive gym membership.

Now I invite a couple friends over and we workout through a few aerobic fitness DVDs. I am sure www.likefitness.com is a site I would always visit before I make my next decision on an aerobic fitness DVD.

Successful Teamwork

By Bart Icles

Building successful teamwork can be a tough challenge but this does not mean it is impossible. No matter what kind of team it is, it is always possible to bring about effective teamwork.

More often than not, successful teamwork necessitates clear and open lines of communication, building one-on-one relationships among individuals that make up the team, accomplishing ordinary things in an exceptional manner, giving close attention to details, and again, constant communication. Summing this all up would bring you to three factors that facilitate successful teamwork: communication, cooperation, and coordination.

Successful teamwork truly necessitates constant and effective communication. Individuals who make up a team that regularly ask each other where they are going and how they can get there tend to be more successful in working together. This also allows them to be constantly reminded of their team goals. A team is able to function well as a unit when its people have a clear understanding of the team objectives and strategies on how to achieve these are clearly communicated among team members.

Coordinated actions and interactions also facilitate successful teamwork. Team members must know the next steps that need to be done once they have accomplished one task. They must also be aware of who they can seek help from when things do not turn out as expected. Coordinating with fellow team members helps one to have a good grasp of the series of events that need to take place, as well as fallback plans. In addition, coordination also improves the communication process among team members.

Most importantly, team members must cooperate so their team can work together effectively. They must work collaboratively in an environment where there is shared assistance and support. Without cooperation, team effort becomes meaningless. Team members must have a good grasp of the value of each of their fellow team members so they can fully cooperate with one another.

Other important elements that contribute to successful teamwork include showing concern for other people's accomplishment, willingness to help teammates reach their objectives, and listening to what other people think and say, collectively giving commitment to the success of the team, co-existing with teammates with positive relationships, having harmonious, congenial, and understanding relationships with teammates, and constructive coaching.

Having all these elements in one team might prove to be a difficult task, but if a team does not want to fall short of its expectations and results, they must learn to effectively coordinate, cooperate, and communicate with each other.

Improve Your Fitness With a Treadmill Exercise Program

By Chris Campbell

There are many people who will find any number of excuses to avoid exercise or who may be too busy with friends and family to bother about staying in shape, and end up using just a treadmill exercise program.

A good treadmill exercise routine is the answer because it can be made to fit each individual's needs and the exercise itself is convenient, beneficial to the user and can be enjoyable at the same time. Controlling the walking exercise is a major part of a good treadmill exercise routine.

The benefits of having a treadmill exercise routine are that the treadmill workout is a cardio exercise that helps to strengthen the heart and improve the cardiovascular fitness of a person, while at the same time help to improve blood circulation and maintain heart pressure.

The next step is to find your cardiovascular exercise range. There is an accepted formula for determining the safe range for your personal physical exertion.

A treadmill exercise program allows a person to burn on average 700 calories per hour which is 200 calories more than for an exercise bike, for example.

The more modern the more sophisticated the fitness features of treadmill equipment and thus the more likely the equipment can calculate and monitor heart-rate and workout parameters for you.

To begin with, the treadmill exercise program may be of only five to ten minutes duration and it may also have a warm up and cool-down period to ensure that no injuries are sustained, as with any other form of physical activity.

Once the person gets into the groove of the treadmill exercise program, the duration may be extended for about 35 to 40 minutes of brisk walking. This may enable the person to achieve more mileage as well as a better heart rate.

Next, many brands of treadmill equipment offer incline fitness features. An incline increases the exertion necessary within the exercise program, facilitating better endurance. Again, the suggested path is to take it slow and move ahead gradually.

Only one in a hundred who venture onto treadmill fitness equipment ever contemplate running a marathon. Nevertheless, you can get a picture and get some encouragement and hope seeing everyday people participating and completing the 26.2 miles of any marathon.

On Saturdays then the person should be doing power mixes while on Sundays, they may again rest during the first eight weeks and from week nine, may start cardio walks again.

This is just an example of a routine, and of course you can come up with your own, finding one that best suits your own personal preferences and needs.

Building People Up

By Michael Angier

By its very definition, leadership requires followers. To become a good leader, it's necessary to bring people along with you and to help build them into better people-often, to train them as leaders.

How is this done? First, it's important to have a clear and worthwhile vision. Certainly this will help to attract devoted followers.

Integrity is also critical in building loyalty.

But becoming a builder of people requires more. It takes a genuine desire and commitment to call forth the best in others-to believe in them, even when they may doubt themselves.

People are Everything Too often, people are looked upon as being easily replaceable and yet, in every successful organization, people are put first.

Andrew Carnegie, the great steel magnate, once said, "If you take away all my mills and all my capital, but leave me with my people, I will have it all rebuilt in a short while." Many business leaders today are questioning the old adage that the "customer is number one," and now say the "employee is number one." If you take good care of your people, your customers will automatically be well taken care of.

Being a powerful leader does not mean people will follow you blindly, although there are certainly examples of that in history. The intention is not to become a guru; it's to become more like a shepherd-one who cares for, nurtures and watches over his flock. The objective should not be to feed the ego and denigrate the masses, it should be to accomplish the vision and lift everyone else in the process.

Shoulder the Blame and Share the Glory One of the things that separates a true leader from a wannabe is that of acknowledgment. You can tell by the speech the captain of the team gives when he accepts the trophy: If he takes all the credit and doesn't share it with his team, he's not a leader. A real leader always gives credit to everyone who made it happen.

Conversely, when things go wrong and victory slips away, the builder of people answers the charge. When John F. Kennedy shouldered the blame for the Bay of Pigs fiasco, he said, "I take full responsibility." That was the day, in my eyes, he became a true leader.

It's easy to underestimate the value and power of lauding people for their accomplishments. We forget how just one genuine compliment made to someone at the right time can make all the difference. That one comment may be remembered for years to come and could play a major role in that person's self-esteem and confidence. Praising someone is easy to do and so often forgotten. It costs so little; yet the return is enormous.

Criticism and Praise Much damage has been done by people in authority (teachers, parents, bosses, coaches and the like) who chastise someone publicly for some shortcoming or wrongdoing. In many instances, it has resulted in the broken spirit of a child or even an adult. There is a time for criticism and a time for praise. The first should be done only in private and the second done publicly.

Most of the time, criticism is unnecessary. By focusing on what works, the things that don't work will often go away. Tom Peters likes to say, "Catch people doing things right!"

Create Safety A good leader makes it safe to ask questions and make mistakes. The builder of people is approachable and easy to talk to. There are never any stupid questions and mistakes are not only tolerated, but are treated as a necessary process on the way to success.

There's a story about a top executive at IBM who was in charge of a project that ended in disaster, causing the company ten million dollars in losses. The executive met with the president to go over what went wrong, expecting the worse. "I suppose you want my resignation," he stammered. "On the contrary," said the president, "we just spent ten million dollars educating you. Do you think we want to lose that kind of investment?"

There's no doubt in my mind that experience went a long way in building a valuable and productive leader for "Big Blue."

There may not be any such thing as constructive criticism. You are not perfect, nor will you ever be. If you constantly look to build on your own strengths and the strengths of others, you'll go far. If you look for the best in people, you're likely to find it.

Burglar Alarms: Why You Need Them for Your Home

By Kit Palmer

Burglar alarms have been utilized for years to ensure the safety and security of peoples homes. Countless burglars have been caught and attempted robberies have been foiled because of effective alarm systems. If you are unconvinced of the importance of this safety device, then it is time that you know how these alarms can save your home and quite possibly, your life.

Burglar alarms act as your own personal security guard. They keep an eye on the entries to your home. Whenever unauthorized people enter your home, the device will send notification regarding the incident to a monitoring center, which will be responsible for calling the authorities or the police about the illegal entry. You do not have to worry because monitoring stations are open 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.

Apart from monitoring entryways, most alarm systems also have motion detectors. Once a motion sensor has been tripped, the alarm will give out alerts to authorities or even to your neighbors. Thus, any unauthorized access to the windows and doors in your home will be reported to someone immediately. Even if you are not at home, you can be sure that your home will be safe from burglars and intruders. Did you know that you can also put motion sensors in walls and even ducts for maximum security. Imagine if you do not have a burglar alarm system installed in your house, do you think you can fully enjoy your vacation if, at the back of your mind, you are worrying about your valuables such as your car, your jewelries, or appliances at home?

The majority of burglar alarms also monitor room temperature changes. This means that such devices can also alert authorities if a fire occurs. Although it is important that you install smoke detectors in your home, the extra bit of added protection that anti-burglar gadgets can give you against fire makes such devices worth their cost.

It is also important to remember that most of the burglar alarms that are sold in the market these days come with their own back up power system. So, even if the intruder shuts off the power in your home, the alarm sensors will still be operational. In fact, some burglar alarm systems have a two-way communication device that will enable homeowners to communicate with the monitoring center even when phone lines have been tampered. Thus, for the safety of your home and your family as well as for your peace of mind, you better start investing in a burglar alarm systems today.

Scrapbooking Embellishments Tips

By mboudakoupitt

Scrapbooks are some of your family's most precious treasures. They are a legacy for generations to come. Did you know that some of the most widely used hand embellishments can ruin your favorite scrapbook forever? There are many ways you can create a unique, natural scrapbooks that will keep the memories of your gardening experiences alive and to be passed on to members of your family and friends for years to come.

Tags are a little added touch of professionalism that adds to the overall well thought out look to your scrapbook. Tags can be used for accents, captions, and thought bubbles as well as dedications. The design of your tags will depend entirely on your personal needs and desires.

A common scrapbook embellishment that can damage your scrapbook if not treated with respect is Glitter. When using glitter, be sure there is a heavy top layer of spray sealant/adhesive to lock them down, or better yet, you can use special glitter glue where the glitter is mixed right in with the clear adhesive.

Embellishments can be attached using glue dots, which are extremely strong and great for sticking even heavy embellishments to album pages. Tear off the size you need and place the embellishment on top of the glue dot. Apply it with a little pressure for a couple of seconds. Also, you can utilize a glue pen or double-sided tape, which works well too. You may also wish to sew certain embellishments onto the page with embroidery floss and colored or invisible thread whichever meets your need. There are even colored staples that can attach your embellishments to the page.

Embellishments need not be expensive. Odds and ends that you have from other craft projects work just fine. Be on the lookout for sales on fabric, plastic flowers, lace, beads, and whatever else takes your fancy. These items will no doubt come in handy on your next scrapbook project. Also keep a sharp eye out for deals in second hand stores and garage sales. Often used items can be ripped apart and the pieces reused literally for only pennies.

Handheld GPS Receiver: Technology in your hands

By Alexis Kenne

Thanks to the relentless progress of today's technology, our standard of living has improved dramatically over the years. A perfect example of this is the introduction of GPS handheld receivers. In days gone by, the average person simply couldn't entertain the idea of exploring foreign lands for fear of getting lost. However, armed with a GPS handheld receiver, we can now safely explore any place we wish without ever having to worry about losing our way. Interestingly enough, the very first satellite navigation systems were already developed in the 1960s although at that point they were used solely by the military.

A handheld GPS receiver is a small device which looks like a wrist watch or a radio and is equipped with Global positioning system (GPS) technology. You can use these handheld GPS receivers for almost everything. You can use them for all kinds of sports like fishing, hunting, hiking, biking and a lot more. There are different handheld receivers for different uses such as a hunting handheld GPS receiver comes complete with compass and camouflage. These devices are quite lightweight and have all the modern functions like up to 2000 weight point storage, 10 to 50 retraceable paths and graphics for all the locations.

For those who merely require a GPS handheld receiver in order to find their way home, basic models can be found for about $100 but for those wanting something more, there are of course models offering features such as:

Voice activated GPS WAAS Technology Theft Prevention MP3 Map Database Personalized Icons Non-reflective screen

Everyone has their own reasons for wanting a GPS handheld receiver, some of which are:

1. If you are lost in a place you can do two things, either ask somebody the way or try to call some one to pick you up. However, if you are at a foreign place where no one speaks your language, then this device can tell you where you are and also give you the directions to your destination

2. If you are late for somewhere and you want to reach on time, you need to find the shortest and quickest route available. The handheld GPS receiver can help you to find the best and shortest route possible.

3) You've relocated to a new area or even a different country and all of a sudden, a medical emergency crops up. With a GPS receiver you'll be able locate a doctor or hospital in seconds.

4) The days of getting lost and not being able to find you way are a thing of the past, thanks to the small size of receivers and the fact that you can take them anywhere.

5) Should an emergency take place while you and your family are traveling, searching for a suitable map can waste a huge amount of time, not too mention the fact that you may not be able to make sense of the map in the first place. In such a scenario, a GPS handheld receiver could quite literally be a life saver.

Hence with a handheld GPS receiver, you will always be safe wherever you go!

The Secret of the First Form

By Al Case

Pan Gai Noon is an art that is half hard and half soft. Not many people know where this art comes from, for the lineage has disappeared. The effects of this art, however, on the martial arts of the east, has been incredible.

There are three forms in Pan Gai Noon, and these are very speicifcally constructed. The names of these forms, in order, ar Snachin, then Seisan, then Sanseirui. Each of these forms has been designed with specific purposes in mind.

The first form is designed for power. The beginning student learns how to hold his stance and how to walk, and he learns three simple hand patterns. The secret of Pan Gai Noons first form is in these hand patterns.

A loose-tight thrusting of the hands makes up the first move. Twice in the form are these thrustings done, and it represents a hard intention. Still one does not have to lock the muscles so hard that one suffers whiplash, but rather can relax and still put the mind and soul into the movement.

A circular blocking movement comprises the second movement. This movement is begun from a double, palm upwards, middle block position. Circle one hand in and then thrust the fingers out on an angle.

The third movement is done towards the end of the form. You simple execute a pair of palm blocks, low and across the face. You then circle the hands in a vertical fashion, and slowly push (thrust) the palms forward.

Now, if you have done this form, especially in an older version that hasnt been changed into a breathing exercise or some such, then you understand what I have described here. What most people dont understand is the simple geometry of the thing. Most people dont understand that I have described a sphere with a line through it.

The secret of the three movements of Sanchin are that they make a sphere of energy out of your hands. This sphere is designed by the hand patterns, which make up a z axis, a y axis, and an x axis. This sphere can deflect and manipulate all incoming attacks, and offer a countering spear thrust of steel-like fingers.

This is the secret of the first form of Pan Gai Noon. This is the power that a student works on by doing the form endlessly. This is the power that will be translated into techniques on later forms.

By Greg Shuey

The key to surviving calamities and crisis is preparation. It is then ideal that we have food storage as well as other basic necessities wed be needing such as clothing and medicines in times of crisis. Having an adequate supply of these will ensure our survival through most rough times.

When preparing food storage, you must remember that only the basic items are needed. You dont want to stock up on foods that will not sustain you and your family for a long time. You should also take into consideration the nutritional value of what you put in there. Dont include stuff that doesnt have health benefits. Remember, during times of crisis, you may be subjected to the elements, making you prone to illnesses.

Store staple foods. Include rice, oats, grains, cereals, crackers, even biscuits. You can also put canned and ready-to-eat foods. Those that dont require cooking will prove to be convenient when the time comes.

What is a Home Video Surveillance System?

By Jeffrey Parker

Home video surveillance systems cover an array of home security apparatus. Visible cameras, concealed cameras, wireless cameras, web integrated cameras, spy cameras, wall mounted motion sensing cameras, and even infrared cameras all fall within the auspices of home video surveillance systems.

Wireless cameras are a must where home video surveillance systems are concerned. First off, in this time of financial crunch, a wireless camera system will save you money. You will save money in time saved as well as dollars. No hassle, no wiring necessary, easily mounted and ready to go; these are just a few of the benefits of having a wireless camera as part of your home video surveillance system.

Some wireless models come equipped with motion detectors. That is especially important if you are a business owner and want to monitor your property after hours. In that case an infrared wireless model equipped with motion detection would be what you desire. Remember that your cameras work better in 'teams'. Three cameras are the optimum number when dealing with home video surveillance systems. Focus each camera on a zone that is complimentary to its team mates. Keep in mind that some cameras have swivel and panning features; plan accordingly to cover every angle.

Hidden cameras or spy cams are very excellent considerations for the inside of one's home. It is important to protect your valuables. You can monitor babysitters or you can even monitor your children yourself while you're away at work or in the home office with the aid of a hidden camera or spy cam. Spy cams come in a variety of sizes and shapes. Some come disguised in the form of children's toys or even as normal household appliances. The varieties are endless out there and it bears on the consumer to make the appropriate choice for his or her needs.

For homeowners considering installing home video surveillance systems, they can benefit greatly from consulting free of charge with any local security or surveillance company. There are free forms that they provide that will aid you in gauging what type of surveillance system would best suit your needs. These forms take into account lighting considerations, ambient sounds and motion and the size of the area you are going to be monitoring. Always remember that if you are having difficulties, technical or otherwise, the wisest thing to do is to consult a professional.

Aikido Techniques: Focus on Women

By Aikido411

Are women the same as men? Obviously not. The application of Aikido techniques and philosophy can be helpful for women because the focus on much more than the use of physical strength. The first concept is that the use of physical strength (particularly that of the upper body) is abandoned in favor of use of the extension of ki and proper body movement to produce effective defenses. The second is the development of situational awareness in an effort to help make us more effective at identifying potentially dangerous situations.

Before discussing these concepts it is important to point out some of the important characteristics, which differentiate women from men. The most obvious is the lack of upper body strength that actually creates an unanticipated advantage in that without this asset to rely upon, a woman must learn to use the whole body rather than arm or upper body to throw or pin an opponent. This apparent disadvantage results in women learning Aikido techniques properly from the start and often results in the attainment of superior skills faster than many men. The second is that with less testosterone coursing through the veins, women are less likely to sense and act upon potentially dangerous encounters in a rapid, proactive manner.

Ki extension and the body " Power flows through ki and ki flows from the center. In the sandbox as on the mat, men tend to rely on upper body strength to muscle through techniques. This creates force on force conflict and usually works only if your strength can overcome that of your opponent. Properly executed Aikido techniques rely on blending rather than opposing forces and using the body to redirect them in a technique. Women that are successful in Aikido have learned to apply these concepts to their advantage.

Awareness of potential threats " On the basketball court, a great player such as Kobe Bryant has what is known as court sense, which is the ability to know the threats and opportunities in every part of the court. This makes him very effective at both creating opportunities and seeing the obstacles before they become a problem. This talent is also known as situational awareness. Women tend to lack this skill because they did not interact physically with the people around them to the same extent as their male counterparts. Randori is an advanced Aikido technique designed to develop the level of situational awareness. In randori the there are multiple attackers who are focused on striking, kicking or knocking you down. The goal is to become aware of the threats on the mat and turn them into opportunities to execute a successful Aikido technique. It is though this an similar training that one is forced to become aware of your total environment " not just what is in front of you.

No martial art will prepare a woman for all possible situations. Aikido techniques can reduce advantage created by the obvious disparity in physical strength between men and women. It can also provide a woman with tools to develop their ability to recognize and avoid dangerous situations. The key to self defense for men and women is to keep from getting yourself in a situation where you will need to call on your marital arts training.

When Your Packing Your Emergency Kit - Give This Some Thought

By Jennifer Bales

With so much more attention being paid recently to emergency preparedness and emergency plans and supplies it's not much of a surprise that there has been a surge in sales of 72 hour go bags and emergency kits, sometimes called bug out bags. Emergency kits are pretty standard, with food, water, shelter and communications.

You'll also have some basic tools, along with hygiene and first aid supplies. The contents pretty much depend on how many the kit is designed to support and, of course, the cost. Unless you're willing to assemble a kit yourself, it's almost impossible to customize it specifically your family. But that's changing and soon you'll be able to order products such as GPS trackers, power systems, equipment repair kits and other food, water and communication. choices. But one product group that I haven't seen included or even thought of with emergency supplies are security and personal defence products and I have to say, that doesn't really make any sense . Look at the circumstances that people purchasing kits or survival gear are getting ready for. Since hurricanes, earthquakes, floods, winter storms, power outages and wildfires are why we buy these emergency products, ask yourself, will everyone usually be at their best, under these trying circumstances?

The answer is not. The sad truth is that in times of mass disaster, there is always an increase in crime so maybe adding defense products is worth considering. They might not be weapons- although it's an option that many people will probably choose. Personal alarms or emergency whistles and police style ultra-bright flashlights are different alternatives that I personally feel are the bare essentials. There is a wide selection of pepper spray products to choose from - but they're not legal everywhere so be sure to check. Check out animal sprays as well. You can select from a different strengths, spray styles and sizes.

Tasers & Stun guns are also candidates to include with your kits. Like it or not, they could very easily prove to be necessary. If you do include them with your kits, be sure that you check them periodically to make sure they're functioning properly. And don't forget about the batteries. While we're talking about it, store them safely, far from the reach of children. They're weapons that can be harmful. Although a taser can be used as a stun gun after the cartridges have been discharged, you'll probably want to have an extra cartridge on hand.

Finally, check out some defense instruction. If you can learn the skills to prevent situations from escalating it won't matter if you're no Jet Li. There are techniques to do this and you and your family will be better off learning them.

So when you're bringing all your emergency supplies into one place, give some though about whether there should be some defense products in there as well.

What is Your Emergency Plan?

By Eric Vanderham

Everyone should have an emergency plan that is developed well in advance of any disaster that might hit their area. Some of us live in zones more prone to certain natural disasters such as tornadoes, active volcanoes, hurricaines, floods, tsunami areas, etc. At school we learn what to do if an earthquake or other disaster strikes, but families and individuals should have a plan in place that will help us cope effectively at home with an emergency.

An ideal list would include the following concerns that you have discussed with your children and partner:

- contact person in and out of town.

- health information and where it is stored.

- a designated person who you are comfortable picking up the children if you cannot.

- a designated meeting place to reunite if family is separated at some point.

- decisions regarding the pets during an emergency and their priority compared to people safety. This can be a difficult conversation to have, but if you have all the standard pet safety plans in place, at least you know you have done what you can to take care of the pet.

- what to do with pets and their place of priority in the family, i.e. emphasis on people before pets for safety. This is a touchy subject until you have lost a loved one and realize the devastation that is compared to a beloved pet. See more information on this on my site.

Times to call 9-1-1. Your family needs to be know when to use this remarkable service. Those times to call are when reporting crimes, reporting fires and when saving a life.

During an emergency, follow your emergency plan, take your emergency kit which you should have put together ahead of time, keep a listening ear on the radio and television for alert updates and evacuation orders, stay where you are until all is safe or until evacuation is ordered.

One of the biggest mistakes we make is forgetting about another person being designated to pick up family members. A password for children should be assigned, in order for them to know when it is okay to go with another person. This password should be frequently tested in order to ensure it is still in their minds. They need to know they cannot share this password with anyone. Its hilarious providing scenarios and seeing them handle themselves with a password, but in real life, it is not funny if they are vulnerable to leave with someone they shouldnt. Practice scenarios so they know what to do regardless of what the person tells them.

There is a 72-hour emergency plan that is known worldwide. This is a three day period that people should be amply prepared for with supplies in order to deal with unexpected access issues to services and shelters.

Part of an emergency plan is identifying safe areas in the home in the event such as an earthquake. Identify heavy furniture to drop under and hide, how to cover your head and torso to protect from flying objects and heavy items falling, windows and outer walls to stay away from. If you are outdoors, stay away from trees, walls, power lines and other buildings. If you are driving, stay away from bridges, buildings, power lines, and stay in the car off the side of the road until the tremors have ceased.

Radio Stations " a shortwave radio with antenna should have 3 - 12 mhz, decent radio should be able to pick up on AM 530 " 1710 khz, FM 88 " 108 mhz.

Television Stations " VHF channels and Weather Alert channels.
