By Carol J Pearson

This is a new, challenging and easy to use home exercise equipment. It is small and obtainable at a very affordable price. Unlike a lot of the home exercise equipment obtainable nowadays it offers both cardio exercise for calorie burning and toning exercise for muscle sculpting. It also offers core, stretching and Pilates exercises.

Unlike many other pieces of equipment available today the Wave is very easy to use. It has a curved design that enables it to be used either side up. Because it mixes both cardio and strength training in the same workout you'll burn more calories (fat) than conventional cardio only exercise.

The Wave is very easy to use and it's design enables you to do both rocking and step exercises. Whilst rocking your core muscles are forced to engage assisting you to get those firm abs you've only dreamed about.

Using the Wave is as simple as reading the manual that comes with it. There is nothing to set up or fiddle with. No involved instructions you just get on it and start rocking - what could be simpler. Just put on some fast music and you can ride the Wave to that thinner you.

If you want to shape your butt and legs, try rocking the wave while squatting. When you are done with the wave, you can turn it over and you have a step. You're then able to do anything that can be done in a step class including lifting your knees, jumping from side to side, and stepping up. Exercises do not just need to be done standing, you can also exercise while you are lying on the curved side of the wave or on your back.

Because the Wave helps you to build muscle (fat burning machine) your metabolism will speed up meaning you will continue to burn calories even after your workout is finished. This is an cheap (less than $100), easily stored (under the bed), fat burning piece of home exercise equipment. Don't let it's simplicity fool you it's the real deal and is one of the few pieces of equipment that will do what it says on the tin.
