By Daphne Bowen

Being in a relationship can be challenging. Many times people do not believe that the person that they are with really want to be with them. So, these individuals put their significant other through all types of true love tests. These tests are often not necessarily but because a person has insecurities they put another person through different types of situations.

So, what do you do if you want the relationship without the game playing? You have to talk to your partner and find out what is going on with them. There is a reason that they do not trust you. You also have to look at yourself and see if you are doing something that warrants them not trusting you.

The biggest problems that relationships have is a lack of communication. One way to solve that problem is to set aside time each week to spend together. It is called spending quality time to talk and discuss issues that you might be having with each other.

You can plan to go out to dinner, or just have dinner at home and make it a special night. It is important to shut off the outside world and have no interruptions. Both parties want to be heard and felt as if they are important. So, this will mean no cellphones as well. Most people have problems with staying away from their phone.

It is important then to take a step back and figure out exactly what they need. To do this sometimes people just need a little extra help from others around them. It does not matter the age or whether the person is a man or woman, putting people through complicated tests can come from just about anyone.

Make sure that the person is hearing and listening to you. Because, a lot of the time you can talk to your partner and it can go in one ear and right out the other. Plan dates together, you want believe how this can help a relationship. It is a time for you two to spend together just talking and reconnecting. Relationships cannot survive without this method.

It is important to take time to understand where the person is coming from. You do not want to throw them under the bus, and tell them they have a problem and just walk away. They might literally have a problem and just need a little help to see that what they are doing is not okay. So, you want to come up with a plan to get them and your relationship help.

It might also be necessary to seek professional help for the relationship if no one seems to be listening. Therapists, or counselors are great when it comes to needing someone to hear both sides out. The therapists will not be judgmental and they do not take sides. They just make easy for both parties to be heard without the other interrupting or walking away. Some people like to start with therapists because they know that they will never be able to get through to their significant other on their own.
