It is important to find the right method so that they know what to do when they are triggered. The method has proven to be very successful. Patients find that they improve over time because of the mindful approach.

It can include drawing, painting, writing poems and essays or listening to music. There are so many activities that a person can think of doing. Not only will they get a lot out of this, but they will also come to enjoy this. They will connect with the therapist in a more natural way over time. They can include this in the home environment in their daily routine as well.
