Intuitive Dream Reader And Dream Interpretation

By Pamela Kennedy

Whether an individual recognizes having psychic abilities or otherwise, there are some ways to expand intuition in order to obtain guidance along the path of life. One way in which to do so can be by learning how to become an intuitive dream reader. For, what many people do not realize is that there are no psychic powers necessary when it comes to interpreting dreams.

While there can often be long information buried deep within the subconscious, some of this information, clues and prophecies can often be revealed in dreams. In fact, it has been proven that events an individual has while dreaming can help enhance daily life. Intuition and spirit guides can often appear in dreams in order to communicate without having to deal with rational egos and minds while relaying messages.

Learning how to interpret dreams often begins by keeping a night time journal. For, when individuals can record as much information about a dream as possible when first awake, it can be easier to comprehend the details at a later date. Most often, those whom keep this type of journal do so by keeping a blank one next to the bed. While important to write down any details immediately, individuals also need to add additional information as remembered on an ongoing basis.

When keeping a journal, it is important to reflect as much information about the dream and how the events effected feelings and emotions. For, as dreams are symbolic the intuitive meanings behind them can often be as, if not more important than the dream itself.

For individuals whom do not like to, or can not write due to a disability, using a voice recorder or typing dreams out on a typewriter, laptop or smart phone are all viable options. For, the purpose is to keep a record of dreams so that the individual can return and reflect on the events and experiences while attempting to decipher the events and experiences which occurred during REM sleep.

One reason for interpreting dreams is that doing so can help individuals meet challenges, obstacles and goals in life. In order to do so, individuals need to ask for divine guidance, or create a mantra which includes information about the desired outcome. Sometimes called lucid dreaming, it is often believed that when an individual can do so, dreams will be representative of the desire and provide answers on how to succeed in a number of areas.

Some of the best resources for exploring dreams are the numerous publications which contain associated meanings and symbols. While there are a number of different animals, objects, themes and other information, most are unique to each individual. For example, if an individual is reminded of a person when seeing a beautiful scene in a dream, this could indicate the individual is trying to communicate during sleep.

Whether interpreting the meaning through psychic and intuitive abilities or other resources, it is important to note how symbols and metaphors in dreams relate to daily life. For example, there are some dreams which are based on actual events which may have occurred earlier in the day. In these cases, it can often be easy to understand while an individual had a related dream. Whereas, there are other dreams which can often require a professional reader to assist with interpretation, even among people with intuitive and psychic powers.
