Ectomorph is the complete opposite of endomorph. In here, the individual will build muscles slowest even if a huge amount of effort has already been exerted. Because you tend to have a faster metabolism, you look skinnier than most individuals.

You will not gain your perfect body overnight no matter what body type you have. Just keep working on your muscles and eat a healthy and well balanced diet and you will have the perfect body for you.
