Athletic Performance Enhancement using Hypnosis

Hypnotherapy has progressed to a level where it can now be applied to any field. Sports and athletics have also used this technique in order to motivate players and contestants. This is a new age idea that has gripped the sports world and emphasis is not only being laid on their physical fitness but also on their psychological and emotional wellbeing.
