Go to the movies with a friend. This activity will force you to be around others, but you do not have to talk to them very much, which will minimize your discomfort. It also helps you acclimate yourself to being in a crowd.

After, quickly brainstorm a few ideas that could improve your confidence. After, place yourself in situations like that. Don't go crazy just because of a mistake you made because you will get through it. Always keep in mind the things that you have instead of the things that you may have lost.
