The church is a place where Christians should be every Sunday and within the week. A member may be assigned to one or two new converts to keep nurturing them until they become very committed to God. Their major aim is to obey God's command of feeding the young sheep.
The welfare team is always there to support both the new and old members. However, they work harder to meet the needs of the new comers so that their faith in God will not waver. While the prayer wing is more concerned with spiritual matters, this unit is particularly concerned about the physical needs of the brethren.
