Improving relationships with different people. This is not only exclusive to those who are directly working with them in the company but also to the business partners that they have including clients and investors. Making sure that the right relationship is fostered and maintained is vital to the business as a whole.

There are individuals who are naturally skilled when it comes to facing different personalities. But no matter how good they are, they should still continually train and practice.
