To some extent, people are very much aware that there are means and services targeted to fine tune and balance a persons life. They are totally prevalent in society, coming in myriads of forms, such as therapies, meditations, and coaching. However, these are often perceived as superfluous and extraneous, sapping off finances while adhering to practices and principles that are very much liable to be self learned.

Humans, as we are, form resolutions all the time. But more often than not, they slip out as easily as water cupped in ones hands. We need some nifty operant conditioning to get our acts up and set our paths straight.

Life coaching in the Christian sense, aim to make their participants or clients discover who they are, through Christ. Thats as much as their posters pitch. Anyway, this professes to empower and equip individuals to be able to be and do all that is outlined in gods purpose. More specifically, it aims to demolish certain mindsets that hold one back, and more practically, it aims to get things done, see things through, and make people succeed where theyve faltered or failed.

This therapy is of course tailored around Christian beliefs. It is ideal for people who want to get back to this particular faith, or else learn about it for the first time. The methods and practices used aim to draw on both theological and psychological concepts.

This enterprise aims to realign ones goals and also expand his or her own vision and perspective. Counseling is offered, that which will help clients moot on their past and work out how to recover from its effects so that one can properly live in the present. Clients are trained to be more self aware. When theyre so, they can better achieve their goals, bridge the past and present, find answers to problems, bring out their core values, and fulfil their passion.

In this thread, however, we are talking about a specific kind of coach, that of a Christian life trainer. It might be evident right off the bat what the difference and specialization is. This mentor similarly helps you fix your problems and identify your goals, but theres that offshoot or extra focus on Christian life and principles.

Much practically, most subscribers to these kinds of sessions are Christians. Although intuitively, no written law bars them from catering to non Christians. Rightly, the values of Christianity are universal, in that the teachings it proffers are consistent with that of most major religions. Theres the encouragement of people to be more loving, faithful, charitable, content, and forgiving. Similarly, theres the exhortatory instruction to let go of anger, pride, sloth, envy, greed, lust, and gluttony. When one subscribes to all of the above, it follows that his or her life will be accordingly ironed out.

In the end, the principles of a good, stress free, and fulfilling life are very much common and the same the whole world over. Its all about getting rid of all the toxicity, underscoring the good points, adhering to good values and practices, and treating ones fellowmen with the respect and dignity theyre due. When these points are all faithfully and consistently subscribed to, a good life is literally just around the corner.
