They will report back once a week and discuss how they have improved and what areas they need to work on.

It takes time to get to the point where you have reached your goals, especially when your obsessions have reached the level where you have become out of control with worry rumination. However, when the individual has courage, they are able to achieve great things as they are exposed to this type of therapy. It involves turning the thought patterns into something else which is satisfying and positive.

This takes a lot of practice. It is something that one has to pay attention whenever they get back to that place when they become negative and they begin to ruminate. There are various tools that can be helpful with this. These include apps that you can put on your phone. They involve mindfulness and being able to meditate.
