You won't be dealing with people in the past who you want to blame and your unhappy childhood. The focus is on the future and your dream which will hopefully come true. You have to make plans to allow this dream to come true.

It is not going to help when you are skeptical and negative about yourself. Of course, one struggle with the pains of the past, and the professional will help the individual manage this will positive thinking, but the goal is not to look back. There are new value and beliefs which will turn into goals. The progress is constantly measured on a weekly basis and it may be altered depending, according on the growth and development of the individual.
