Most of my friends during college has been earning a lot on a monthly basis and because of this, they can afford going to the gym at least thrice a week. These personal values include their goals, beliefs, and perspectives. If these values are erroneous, a person would definitely life his or her life in a wrong way. Again, our beliefs will always affect our behavior and decisions.

By acknowledging where you went wrong and where you did right, you can assess yourself and find ways to fix your way of thinking. Our mindset and way of thinking is the lifeline of our decisions. If we would not mind fixing it, then we will never mature.

They are also called life coaches because they educate us about the important steps to improve our relationships, way of thinking and life perspective. Through engaging in activities such as meditation and recollection, they allow us to dwell with our realizations.

In this way, we can recognize ourselves more. By acknowledging our strength and weaknesses, we would already be capable in dealing with our personal struggles and interpersonal relationships.
