We all have different preferences and thus we should respect each other for that. If we do not know how to deal with different people around us, then we might be contributing to the toxicity of our community. Sometimes, we really have to break away from our traditional and conventional beliefs and adopt with reality. There is no such thing as a standard for reality. However, we have our own personal standards. We should never let toxicity to influence our thoughts. People are unaware of their existing erroneous thoughts.
If our goal is to live a peaceful life, it would be very challenging to change the erroneous mind sets of these cults. A lot of missionaries have already dies because of their willingness to serve. They left their family and loved ones just to fulfill their moral principles and to follow their teachings. We cannot blame them for doing this.
They were one of the reasons why our society has already progressed a lot in terms of achieving peace and orderliness. Try to imagine a society filled with people who do not have moral standards. We will end up in a lot of conflicts and wars. We would not even mind to resolve our conflicts and differences since we do not care at all in the first place.
We could not blame people for acting immaturely without knowing their back subjects. Instead of discriminating their beliefs, we might do something to relate with them. As responsible and concerned citizens, you cannot help these people by influencing them with your own personal values. Instead of doing so, apply the common ground rule.
With this, we will be able to achieve a peaceful way of communicating. The more we try to win over a certain group, the more it would result to wars and misunderstandings. If only we have to ability to be patient with our fellowmen, there will be lesser conflicts. By doing this, we are promoting peace and respect in our community.
