Of course nowadays, I understand completely what it was they were trying to tell me about the benefits of sleep. Scientists now know just how important it is for your mental and physical health to get a good night's sleep. The healthier you are on the inside, the more radiant you will be on the outside, it is as simple as that!
I know my face shows that I haven't been sleeping to well. I look tired and worn out, and it seems that even makeup isn't helping much. Eliminating the light is quite easy if you wear a sleeping mask but getting rid of some noises can be difficult and sometimes a machine that produces white noise can help.
