Setting goals is the capability to achieve success in life with the assistance of someone's high level of determination. The individual's capability to set her or his goals is achievable through books, written concepts and strong self motivation. Through centuries every person like that of instructors, teachers, father or mother, students, therapists and managers has effectively explored the relationship between motivation and setting goals.

Determination is the medium which helps someone boost up his perseverance to obtain a specific goal. Without motivation, goal setting will be useless for it will not help a person obtain her or his objectives in the future.
