However, there are also disadvantages on this. When you get to have an assessor that is not skilled enough, you will be disappointed in many ways. You will experience bias evaluation, influence on stress, misunderstood communication and misjudgment. There are other disadvantages but there are also many advantages.

So, whenever you are going to be part of it, do not react but choose to respond instead. It is important that you maintain an atmosphere within yourself that encourages open mindedness.
