Weigh Less By Eating More

By Francis Mack

Losing weight while eating more? Now that just doesn't make sense , does it? It's such a difficult concept to imagine, and it goes against all we have been taught.

But when you understand how the body actually processes the food you eat, it becomes much easier to appreciate the "eat more, lose weight" system.

And there are a lot of false notions about why we put on weight, and why (despite our best intentions) it stays on. And about what's the best way to lose it again.

Very few people would believe that to lose weight, you must eat more! And of course it's not just any food-it is a fairly specific diet. But it is a whole new concept to many people.

And few would believe that it is possible to change your body in 11 days - that is, to reduce your body weight by 9 pounds in 11 days. That is very significant.

However, it's not pie-in-the-sky - these numbers have been achieved (and are being achieved over and over). This system has been tried and tested, and these numbers are typical results.

Simply put, its based around the concept that when we eat, our brains produce 2 types of hormones - one type which burns fat and the other type which stores fat.

And the production of these hormones can be controlled. More of the fat-burning type can be produced, and less of the fat storage type, by consuming certain specific foods.

So it goes without saying, that these hormones (or the control of them) is critical in the quest to lose weight. By eating certain foods, you can get this control.

For the system to work, you must eat more than 3 times a day, and eat the correct food using the right pattern. This can be difficult to grasp, but it's the critical part of it.

This is a very impressive dieting system, and the speed at which it works is probably the most notable thing about it. It proves that dieting need not be a long, painful process.
