The diet also calls for the user to take hCG drops that are provided. The drops are to be taken once a day. Aside from the drastically reduced food intake the drops will also help one to lose some weight. It also come in injection form but most people go with the oral drops. It may seem like an impossible diet to follow but it is important to remember it is not a permanent diet and it will be over in a few weeks.

It is recommended that the diet is done in multiple week phases and then stopped for short periods in between until the desired weight is lost.
