Building The Body Of A Bikini Fitness Model

By Margaret Allen

You feel you have an alright body. You surely receive your fair share of male attention when you're at the pool but you're not a bikini fitness model. Any time you see someone like Jennifer Nicole Lee on YouTube strutting her stuff in some high intensity fitness model video you ask yourself how precisely they managed to develop that body. It can't purely be a matter of exercise, can it? You'd love to shed that last fifteen or twenty pounds and possess that type of trim taut limber look to you. You don't think of yourself as vain but you have to admit it'd be quite something to look like that even if just for a summer or two and have men falling all over themselves to get a closer look at you. You can just imagine the feeling of self self-assurance and accomplishment that would come with a body like that. If you have ever wanted that bikini fitness model body there is no reason you should not have it. Here's how.

## While there is much more to it than exercise, quite a bit more as a matter of fact, exercise is still the single biggest aspect.

If you are just trying to lose weight, rigourous exercise and healthy eating choices are unfortunately not necessarily required. The truth is, you can cheat skinny. But there is no cheating your way to a fit well toned body. There is one way, and one way only, to build well defined muscles and that's via exercise. You need to follow high intensity high repetition workouts designed to work muscles groups in unison. It doesn't have to be four hours a day five days a week BUT if you're accustomed to strolling into a gym and loitering on the StairMaster for twenty minutes at a time and barely breaking a sweat you are going to need to kick up the intensity more than just a couple of notches.

## To end up looking like a Bikini Fitness Model you have to eat like one. It's as simple as that.

The terrific news is that eating like a fitness model does not mean starving yourself. Actually if you're suddenly working out harder than you've ever worked out before you may need to end up eating more and still losing weight. The important thing is not actually eating less but definitely eating smarter. You can have built yourself the sexiest little six pack you ever wanted but unless you really shed the body fat not one person will ever see them.

## It will be a journey. No short cuts available.

Nobody can build that kind of body over night. It's not possible. If you are hardworking you may start to see some significant results in as little as a couple of weeks but if you think you are going to get the kind of body you saw in that fitness model video in a month or two you are probably kidding yourself. Start the way you mean to proceed and don't give up until you arrive. Be patient. If you're forever checking the calendar it is going to be a long long road.

## You need to believe in yourself.

This is utterly essential. Believe in yourself. Do not question whether or not this is going to be a goal you can accomplish. Don't waste time wondering if you're up to the task. You must believe in yourself. What one person can do another can do. You are a strong beautiful woman and you are capable of creating the change you wish to see in your body. This is not a test you are trying to pass, this is a decision you have made.

If you are in your thirties you can no more make yourself look like a twenty one year old than you can make yourself five foot eleven if you're currently five foot four. That being said if what you're looking for is a sexy sleek body that will turn heads there is no reason you can't do that for yourself. Other women have. So can you.
