To get away from the tension of everyday life, I started to run outdoors with some buddies, which ultimately became my hobby. This activity helps me free my thoughts and keeps me in good health also.

Running is a lot of fun for me but it is not always safe to do out there. There is constant news of another person being attacked while running. Because of this, runners Mace sprays began to catch my attention and I now carry one with me for protection.

Pepper spray is a handy self-defense tool that causes an agonizing burning feeling in the face of the recipient. Making use of it on an assailant would make several minutes of pain, giving one time to run away to safety.

One type that I felt would be ideal for my needs because of the strength as well as convenience which it provided was the Mace pepper spray Jogger model. It is great for outdoor usage and was designed especially for joggers like myself.

It helps being able to carry a jogger pepper spray on a keychain with your keys or connect it to a belt clip to ensure that it could be accessed easily without disrupting your run. When it also includes a Velcro-like strap, this allows you to continue to keep it on your hand.

Pepper sprays for joggers are generally small pepper sprays so that their compact sizes make it easy to bring them along. Moreover, having a mini pepper spray will help me conceal it easily so that I can take the assailant by surprise.

I know that keeping a self-defense weapon by my side will help me avoid danger and let me to enjoy my pastime without interruption. Being a jogger, I have discovered that it is crucial to be aware always of my environment so that trouble could be prevented.
