I have lost 20 pounds in the last 45 days,

It has been a challenge to do however the

habits I am forming during the challenge

will last a life time. I think it really

comes down to thinking about what you are

about to shove in your mouth and the long

term effects it will have on your health and

body. If I eat a whole pizza today it wont

effect me much today. But if I eat a whole

pizza today and a super whopper tomorrow

etc,etc, soon my pants will start getting
