Determining Your Thoughts To Establish A Positive Attitude

By Thomas Cruz

The true tragedy in your life is the fact that you're unaware of the majority of your thoughts and never realising how they impact your life. In the event you had to weigh up the a large number of thoughts you've each day and balance positive with negative, which way would the scales tip? Many of your thoughts are deeply organised beliefs, anxieties, attitudes, hopes and worries which you might only experience as feelings whenever you respond to situations.

One of the important steps in achieving greater success is to change your thoughts and align them with your desired direction in life. You need to start with a clear set of goals and adopt a positive mental attitude. If you constantly tell yourself that what you want will never happen or it's too difficult for you, the chances are it will never happen. On the other hand, if you adopt that attitude that you can do it, all you've got to do is figure out how, you will.

The challenge is to learn how to direct as many of your thoughts as possible in the direction that you want to go. If you want more money but your present reality is that you don't have enough money to pay your bills every month, it can be very difficult to maintain wealthy thoughts for a significant period of time each day.

Individual thoughts are quite weak, a bit like grains of sand. But if there are enough of them and they are well enough organised, your thoughts can become like a mighty sand dune that imposes itself on the landscape. The challenge is to ensure that your thoughts are consistent and focussed so that they add up to a single coherent whole.

You can find books that will genuinely be useful for your success, specifically if it offers you an excellent insight in your life and your future. An excellent book like The Charge Book Brendon Buchard who discusses the human drives that tends to make a person feel a lot more determined, motivated, alive and energized. This book can give you the guidelines that you could stick to and attain the peak of one's success.
