You Never Need To Suffer the Anguish of Low Self Esteem

Low self worth is not a terminal disease. You were not born with low self esteem. You somehow developed low self esteem because of the way in which you translated and reacted to situations that you have had to face during your life.

What this suggests is that low self confidence is a learned way of taking a look at yourself. If you learned to do this you will also be able to learn how to undo this way of seeing yourself. With good self confidence training you will be able to change the way that you see yourself and then your self worth will improve seriously.

After you begin to see yourself in a new light you will find that you become a far more effective executive, your relationships improve, you are suddenly ready to influence others and make sales. People who play sports will also notice that you can play significantly better and win a lot more games.

The really important point that I have made in this piece is that low self worth and low self-confidence are learned ways of being. You made yourself feel in these ways about yourself. You most obviously did not mean to do this to yourself, however probably with the encouragement of others you created the view you're not worthy in some way. Well, now that you know that you did that to yourself, you also know that you can change yourself into a really confident person with a good opinion of yourself.

Now that you know that you can do something about your low self esteem, isn't it time you took action and made a new self image for yourself?
