Motivation is really a word which has been used extensively lately. Motivational speakers abound and dozens of motivational books are published on a monthly basis. But what does it mean? It's best described as a motivator -- a force that can't be contained. It is just a fire within that offers a person the passion and enthusiasm to succeed in the highest levels of a sport, profession, or any other endeavor.

Exactly what does it decide to try achieve it? Perseverence is critical; in reality you have to have tremendous willpower along with a passion. Goals can also be essential. You must have something to keep you going, and goals usually are what you are striving to accomplish. But how does super- motivation change from ordinary motivation?
