Those acquiring high D scores usually exhibit ambitious, pioneering, and aggressive qualities. They may be also demanding, forceful, and egocentric. People who get high I scores will be usually magnetic, convincing, and persuasive. They will be enthusiastic, warm, and optimistic. They will tend to be really emotional. People who get low I scores will be usually factual, logical, and calculating. They will be also matter of fact, suspicious, and pessimistic. They will really trust the facts primarily.

S would stand for submission. This would also be called steadiness. People who have high S scores would usually be calm, patient, and relaxed. They would also be unemotional, consistent, and poker faced. People who have low S scores would usually be impulsive, impatient, and restless.

Compliance is represented by C. Conscientiousness is another word used for this. Accurate, cautious, and systematic individuals will obtain high C scores. Opinionated, self-willed, and stubborn ones obtain low C scores.

It will be quite helpful for work environments. It will aid managers for assessing potential employees. It will aid them in assigning projects, tasks, and people properly. It could help evaluate leadership potential too.
