While talking about the recruitment or selection in an organization, we talk about very important exercise for an organization. Through these two processes an organization can be able to have new members of workforce who are very ambitious and too much willing to given their best for the organization in order to achieve both short term and long term projects and objectives. However, getting or attracting the best caliber of employees is not a walk on the park. It requires thorough analysis, recruitment and selection of employees. This is work done by the executive recruiters marketing.

They assist the organization in the process of obtaining the most qualified generation of workers to assist in achieving the organizational goals. When recruiting new employees a company may use mainly two different sources of recruits. The internal sources and the external sources.

The internal source is all about getting the personnel who is to fill the vacant position from within the organization. This is done through promotion, job posting recalling the retirees or by just transferring employees from one department to the other.

This form of recruitment is however considered as the best because it only those who have had a long time experience with the organization are given the opportunity to serve hence there is no need of training the new recruits. It also allow the organization motivate their employees through the job promotion and recalling those who have retired.

They have to place an advertisement or just communicate with all the employees and those who are willing to take up the vacant position are given the opportunity to send their applications for consideration. The other source of recruitment and selection for a business organization is the use of external sources to attract new and potential employees from outside the organizational structure.

The external source of recruitment usually brings into the company new people who are more ambitious and focused to work effectively in order to achieve the organization goal. They also bring their diversified talents and experience from almost all the sectors of the economy. This helps the organization with new ideas that can be used effectively to improve efficiency and work performance.

Because of the tiresome exercise involved in the selection and recruitment process most companies use other recruitment agencies to do the exercise on behalf of them. It is actually less costly to use the agencies rather than going forth for the exercise. This has enabled them lower the overall cost of recruiting new members and subsequent cost of operation.

However, there are several challenges faced in this type of recruitment exercise. It is not easy for the newly recruited employees to understand the work environment better and deliver their best skills and expertise towards attaining the organizational goals and objective. They require a lot of time in order to become use to the environment and work effectively.

In order to minimize the raging competition, they have opted to engage in executive recruiters marketing to market their services to ensure that they maintain their customers as well as attracting new clients to use their services. Through the advertisement, some of the large organizations and upcoming companies have been able to survive well in this competitive market. As well they have been able to reach out and attract other clients.
