How To Deal With Stress - Your Heavenly Father's Way

By Burton Rager

To be stressed is the lack of peace. Peace is just a state of psychological tranquility and quietness, with no anxiousness. Peace is our guarantee that in the middle of terribly difficult times, all's well. It would appear today, that stress vs peace is more the order of the day. As experienced in our ordinary lives and not just in our private life but also by the ones that live around us.

We are living in a world that is rife with anxiety and different types of stress. In America alone according to the MIDC, the number of North Americans who experience tension and panic fits are over one million every month. And the numbers continue to grow.

What is happening? Life is stressful and each day is starting to become rather more nerve-wrangling. Think about the world economy and the quantity of people who are on the lookout for work. Many families are in difficulty hubby and better halves are paying little heed to their wedding vows. For many their lives are lacking in peace and it's taking the toll on them and their families.

Simply learning to deal with the strain in our lives appears to be utterly insufficient. Still, we continue to try and calm our hearts. Giving up for most of us, unhappily not for everybody, isn't an option we are prepared to think about.

There are answers, ones that many ignore, which may lead us to a life of peace. What's that answer? It is God's Word. It contains within its pages God's guarantee to all of us and many of His guarantee deals with living a life of joy, peace and excess.

God's Word, the Bible, shows us the way to obtain peace in our lives. Peace isn't acquired by using the assorted methods we have made, it isn't by the regularly prescribed drugs or the thousands of self-guidance books that are released. It is our relationship with God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit that will lead us to a life of peace, God is just the how-to cope with stress and anxiety answer in our lives. Your Heavenly Father loves you and you are His loved kid. He guarantee through His Word to make provision for you, He sent His Son to die for you and He sent the Holy Spirit to live in you. There is Not much he hasn't provided for you to live a free-flowing life, one lacking in stress.

When you begin to take Him at his word, to provide for you, to take care of you and to protect you, you will begin to experience the peace He promised.
