Get out of your head and live from your heart. When you honor the Now you become a channel for the will of the living Source. The ego is removed from the equation. It's only in this time when the heart is allowed to lead the mind. This is what I describe as "living with heart-centered intention." If your wish is to personally create from deep inside, the first step is to determine how you feel about what you want to make. Stretch out with your emotions for the answer. They will not lie to you.
Living in the heart is very much a retreat from living in the mind. It implies teaching yourself the correct way to say yes to whatever the universe brings to you in the present time, completely. Living in the heart isn't a life of doing. It's a life of being. More expressly, it is a life of being in synchronization with the present moment. And when you are one with the Now, you're also in sync with theuniverse, which means that you are in synchronization with Life.Thoughts alone are not creative. In spite of what books such as "The Secret" have taught, positively charged thoughts alone cannot create your reality.
The reality is, thoughts warp fact because they originate from the known. Memories and early learning are the origins for almost all of our thoughts. Thoughts are a reactive, not an activated component of creativity. Saying yes to the Now as it comes is the key to living in the heart. It is as if you are announcing to the universe, "I love completely whatever it is you present to me in this very moment." Know that whatever the Source presents to you is a present. This explains why it is often known as the "present." When you see yourself becoming impatient or exasperated with eventualities that crop up once in a while in your daily existance, you may find it wise to have a look at these moments as little "alarm clocks" buzzing off as a reminder to pull back from identifying so intimately with what has happened. If this is difficult, you could try pink magic.
We are the every living consciousness separate from what has happened. The present human has a tendency to identify so definitely with what is happening to them that they forget to create some space in between what has happened and who they are. We should see the Now for what it is, and so find it much easier to honor. There will be no identification with what has happened in the Now, and as a consequence, there is almost always a space made between the drama, conflicts, and challenges รข" and the true Self. This encourages the Self to live a life of non-reaction, non-resistance, and non-violence.So, if your wish is to live in your heart and not in your mind's eye, then begin by allowing presence to come into your life continuously and over time.
When the telephone rings, before rushing to respond to it, pause for 1 or 2 seconds. Become completely present. When you are targeted and your intelligence is calm, then proceed to answer it. You will find that the universe will reciprocate the deference you are giving to it, and will reflect the same respect back unto you.
