If you need to develop your aerobic fitness then there are several different things that you can do. One of the most beneficial things would be to go for a thirty minute jog at least four times a week. In fact, this is actually the most beneficial thing that you can do to increase your aerobic fitness. However, if you need to develop your anaerobic fitness then you will need to do some different things.

For example, you would need to do shorter sprints to develop your anaerobic fitness. When developing a soccer fitness program it is important for you to understand what interval training. Interval training is a great way that you can develop both aerobic as well as anaerobic fitness at the same time. The best location for your to do interval training at is at your local track.

When you are at your local track you should sprint on the straight-aways and jog on the curves. During the straight-aways you should sprint as quickly as you possibly can. When you are jogging on the curves you should jog as slow as you possibly can. This will allow your body to completely recover before going on its next sprint. Just remember, if you want to raise your fitness level you are going to have to work hard!
