Lately, my parents suggested I read a book called "The Little Book of Afformations" by Noah St James. In this book Noah talks regarding the effects that negative thoughts have on our lives and how to stop negative thoughts. Nowadays we are going to discuss this idea.

"I have one of the most incredible loved ones inside the world." "My life is going just where I want it to go." I Enjoy my life." Now think about how those positive thoughts made you feel.
