Good Times, Bad Times, Keep On Despite It All!

By Nicholas Lancaster

Ever felt a time when your life has seemingly come down on you like a ton of bricks? We've felt in a hole, a dark bit of reality, caused by negative feelings. So many things can lead to such feelings - a rough patch in your relationships, an unpleasant surprise, troubles with work and family, etc.

Times like these, we find ourselves in a quagmire of uncertainty. More often than not, we realize that we have to get out of the cesspool, but unfortunately we don't know just how to. How to stay in one piece in spite of it all? How can we ascertain what is really worth hanging on to in this life of ours? How to determine what would be the most ideal state of mind?

Whenever you want to get out of a real-feeling-bad situation you just need to realize that the answer is in yourself. Give yourself importance. Perhaps it would be good to take some tips from Bret "The Hitman" Hart - you are the best there is, the best there was, THE BEST THERE EVER WILL BE.

It's about focusing your energies and focusing on yourself. Forget anything and everything that got you into the aforementioned feel-bad situation - move on, amigo, it's not the end of the world! Focus on your inner reality - your desired achievements, goals, etc. If you have a clearly defined goal, focus on it.

Inculcate in yourself that feeling of positivity and the natural high of achievement. Manifest happiness! Be sure to enjoy it! You want to develop positive karma and let it motivate you. Keep that fire burning so that way, you can re-ignite things once you find yourself in a bad situation.

Know that there is nothing to fear and you will never be alone, for there will always be someone there for you. Cultivate a positive attitude in every situation.

Again, you must see yourself as Number One, the Big Kahuna, the master of your destiny. You can live the Good Life by yourself, and you do not need anybody telling you what to do or how to live your life.

Have the courage to be yourself and do what you have to in order to reach what you want. Inner strength only comes from within, with you as the sole source of such. Remind yourself of your goals. Don't ever give up.

Turn feel-bad into feel-good and keep on in spite of it all!
