How to Change Anger into Happy Outcomes

You can learn to deal with anger and turn it into joy. If you are angry and you are keeping your anger for yourself, you either get depressed or you will explode. In both cases you lose. Anger is a negative reaction, which you should eliminate from your life.

There are several ways to stop and eliminate anger. You can use subliminal recordings, use visualization techniques or you can learn meditation. All these means are very helpful also in other situations of your life to turn them into a positive outcome. What you shall achieve is to stay calm and not get angry anymore no matter in what situations you find yourself, even in situations which used to make you angry.

Whenever you are facing rage, breathe long breaths and smile. Of course you are not in a mood to smile in such situations. Force yourself to smile and make it a habit to keep smiling. This already has a great positive effect on you and people around you. Do not keep anger in yourself. Go or drive somewhere where you can shout without being heard by anyone and your anger shout out. Use music against anger. With music you can quite quickly change your mood. When you are enraged, look for soothing music, such as new age or classic music, which has a fantastic calming effect. The moment you are calmed, you will again be able to think objectively and see the situation more clearly. And there are more ways to stop anger.

Get yourself a subliminal recording which would make you react calmly in any situation. When you play a subliminal you hear soothing music or birds sing. There are also silent subliminal mp3s available. You do not hear the messages on the subliminal, as the frequency was changed, so they would go straight into your subconscious mind, where it changes the programming. A wonderful method to stop and eliminate negative emotions is visualization. Close your eyes, make long breaths and relax. Try to see the situation without the reason that made you angry. See everything in the situation positive. Hear yourself speaking calmly and see yourself and others smile. See others nodding and telling you that you are liked. Let the talk end in a pleasant way. See yourself and the other person smile or laugh. Repeat this visualization and always see yourself and others smile. You will be surprised that in your real life people whom you meet will more and more smile. The reason for this is that you radiate positively and the answer to it is that others will react positively toward you.

If you are angry about someone you can either have this person vanish in your visualizations or make him become a very likable person. Visualize meeting this person and hear him say goodbye. Then see him drive away. Or if this person means something to you and you do not want him to leave, then imagine that you two have a pleasant talk and have this talk end that you both are laughing and hear yourself say that you are looking forward to meet this person again soon. Feel how much better it feels to be in a good mood. The more often you visualize positive and pleasant outcomes, the less often you will become enraged.

Exercise visualizing and change your life as you want. This is a secret which is not really a secret and which you can implement into your daily routine and use it whenever you see a need for it. There are several visualization techniques and you can use all of them during one day. Just think how much your life will change when you do not get enraged any more. Happiness and Success will come into your life.
