Staying Protected When You're Out Late

By Deille D Abreiims

I've been returning home from work later and later just so I can meet up with my own deadlines.

My parents constantly informed me to come home before dark. Now that my work requires me to stay out late, they inform me to obtain a stun gun for defense. Fine, but how does a stun gun work, and can this assist me go back home safely?

An officemate, Jimmy, explained to me that stun guns generate an electrical shock the moment they come in contact with the target's body however they are non deadly weapons and the effect goes away after a while. They enable you to protect yourself without fighting. You can escape and call the police while the target is down.

Jimmy has a 950,000 volt knuckle stun device which is similar to brass knuckles with electrical contact points on the knuckle faces. He will not need to punch his target, just touch him using his powerful stun gun to be able to bring him down.

I heard that a neighbor protected herself effectively one evening utilizing a stun device and the person got caught. Jenny said to me that this took place on the way home coming from work.

She showed me her pink stun weapon and said that small stun devices just like it were taken easily and hidden in the hand. That was the key reason why her target didn't see it coming before 4.5 million volts dropped him on the pavement. Jenny said that such high voltage stun weapons took a target down faster and kept him down longer. Because of this, the guy stayed down until the police showed up.

I am getting myself a 1.2 million volt rechargeable pen stun gun with flashlight. I discovered that flashlight stun devices could blind an attacker with the glare while helping you aim much better in the evening. And stun pens are also small stun weapons, so they are effortless to carry and conceal.

Still, how does a stun gun work to reduce crime if it isn't legal in every state? I guess I will just need to remain in a state which allows me to get one.
