How To Get A Six Pack

If learning how to get a six pack is one of the most pressing issues for yourself then you will no doubt want to know the easiest and quickest way to get a six pack.

I will outline the four steps that you need to follow to get a six pack. I will also order them from what I believe to be the most important through to the least, but please keep in mind that they are all very important and all need to be followed for the quickest results.

The second thing that I consider important is to have a solid support group. Many people find that they train harder, and stay committed for longer when they train as a group. Training as a group enables you to stay motivated because you are accountable for your results and there is visibility amongst your peers when you start to slide backwards or not make progress.

In order to really disply your abdominals you need to cut this out. A healthy low carb diet enables your body to burn fat for fuel instead of the carbs that it would typically use first. When you reduce your carbohydrate sugars your body will need to burn fat to sustain itself and thus decrease your body fat percentage.

The second rule is to avoid white carbohydrates. This includes pasta, rice, potatoes, bread and anything else that is white and starchy.

The third rule is to purely make it simpler on yourself. The rule is to eat the same few meals over and over again. The meals should include protein from lean sources and legumes and non starchy vegetables. You can eat as much of this stuff as you like because it is low carbs and high in nutrients.

Sleep:
The last thing I advise is to get enough sleep each night. I recommend attempting to get between 6-8hrs of quality uninterrupted sleep each night. I understand this may be difficult and not realistic at all times but it is important to make an effort. Sleep is important to allow your body to recover itself, both mentally and physically.

By following these four simple rules that are laid out in the 4-Hour body by Timothy Ferriss you will see noticeable results and sustainable results in the quickest amount of time possible. It will surprise you, and consider all of this without exercise also. Stay motivated.
