I am a single parent of three young girls. Without a man in the house, I felt that I needed to have the best home protection weapon to ensure family security.
I had a Door Window Alarm 100 dB Simi DA150 installed. It has a magnetic sensor which detects attempted entry on doors and windows by sounding off a 100 dB alarm. A friend said she considered this best home protection weapon as a business defense, too.
Another gadget I bought was the Motion Detector Alarm Strobe Light with Remote. This wireless alarm sounds off a 120 dB chime when motion is sensed. It was easy to set it up as I just mounted it on the wall. From as far as thirty feet away, its sensor can catch any motion.
I am able to activate or deactivate this alarm using the remote control. Options of an alarm or a chime sound are equally loud enough to stop an intruder from breaking in.
For the back and front doors, I installed a Door Stop Alarm behind each. The 118 dB alarm that is set off when entry is forced would deter trespassing. They say that it is also effective to put on doors where children are not allowed to enter.
The Big Jammer Door Brace Bar is what I used to reinforce our main door. By placing it beneath the door knob, it is almost impossible to open the door from the outside.
I did not worry much anymore about my family security with the addition of the Mace Home Security System. It is also treated as the best home protection weapon because of the hi-tech sensors. It automatically dials five preset emergency numbers as soon as the alarm is sounded off. This one alarm system is equivalent to 14 wireless detectors.
With all the aforementioned security gadgets for my home, I realized the best home protection weapon is composed of a combination of defense gadgets.
