2 Recipes to draw in more Welfare and Health to your life (II)

Now, imagine if you can connect to your body and give the same commands but to feel full of energy, health and energy. Would not it be great?

This exercise routine will show exactly how do it.

Step 1: Find a comfortable place and you know that you'll not trouble you.

Step 2: Sit in a comfortable position and close your eyelids.

Step 3: Commence with 5 deep breaths. In every breath concentrate on relaxing your mind and body.

Step 4: Start imagining your body. Look at it and think, "for every breath I do I breathe and exhale my griefs health." Repeat this thought a couple of times. Imagine inhaling health, and taking, pushing your body any pain. (Ley de Atraccion)

Step 5: Once you can feel full of health, has slowly from 1 to 5 and open your eyes. Repeat this meditation as much as possible.

As mentioned before, we put all our attention, focus and excitement is what we attract. If you're always talking about disease, I strongly advise that you stop it. If your personal environment is always talking about pain and illness, I would recommend that when that happens I just get up and leave the conversation. Words have much impact, and again we shall to use that impact for us. Take a minute to pen your "statements ", your sentences describing your perfect state. Remember that the statements must be positive, and not need to have no negative connotations for you. Also to add more excitement attempt to include words as "I like", "enjoy," "I am content because". This will help you read and put the energy they have to manifest.

An example statement could be: "I enjoy my walks in the park, my legs are powerful and take me wherever I go" or "I am happy because I wake up every day full of energy and vitality, my body replies each day "or the classic" Every day that passes I feel better. " The secret is to feel nice when you read.

Starts to accept that you are in control of how you're feeling and connect more with your body. This will help you feel in better shape and health. Put these tips and let us know and tell us how you go!!
