Rite Of Passage: Tap Into the Place To complete Your Nature Wander

By Terry Doyle

While you do your rite of passage you'll probably start to note that just about every object and element you look at within the wilderness may have a unique feeling and texture within you. Merely let go of stress, place your focus on the inner sensations inside your system and notice the feeling within of what you are with.

Similar to the sound forms that you hear within your environment around you. With practice you will notice exactly where inside your system the sound of a bird feels and the way this feels. Likewise with the sound of wind blowing through the trees.

Simply place your attention within and discover where in your system you feel this and how it feels. Similarly with the sound of flowing water, the sound of an animal, the falling of the branch or even the rustle of lengthy grass in the wind. Place your focus within to where and how this feels. You don't have to describe it but to simply be with your feeling within your system of how this exterior element is within. Of being with the feeling. Of being with your sensation of what you hear.

While you wander within nature during your rite of passage, also start to be aware of the smells about you and how these feel inside you. How the scent of grime feels unique to the scent of the crushed leaf. How the scent of bark on a tree feels unique to the smell of a rotting log on the ground. How the scent of grass in a clearing feels unique of the smell of a trickling stream.

Similarly with your different tastes. How the flavour of a leaf feels different of the taste of a particular type of bark. Where inside your body you feel this taste and being aware of how this feels within your system. Becoming conscious of how unique tastes feel within your body.

As you walk you are able to also place your focus on the tactile sensation of unique wilderness components and at the exact same time become aware of the inner sensations of where and the way this feels inside your system. As you move your cheek slowly along the trunk of the tree, exactly where on the inside of one's body does one feel this? Put your attention and awareness on this place within your body, discover how it feels and breathe into it to broaden the sensation. An inner feeling world once being in sync with your outer dimension outside of one's perception of self.
