Trust me another great area of your life that you must absolutely work to accomplish well is the number of hours of sleep you get per night. From the three factors that contribute to great health I will tell you that health is the most important. The better quality sleep you are able to get the better your health is going to ultimately be. It is no lie at all when I say that your health is going to be at its best when you just sleep right all the time.
