Without such a list, one can be falsely accused and have no reference point to support his or her intentions and confidential account for what they purchased. Under such circumstances the records come in handy and referral to it is vital for service of justice.

These records are reliable since one list can be used severally without having to come up with a new one. This is handier when having new people in an office; they can refer to what has previously been happening in the office and maybe add or subtract what they find necessary. Therefore this is one record that makes orientation in a new office much easier avoiding mistakes.
