The Simplest Way To Use Self Hypnosis For Ultimate Success

Without any doubt the most vital side of any self hypnosis session is the setting of your intention. You've got to have an aim, preferably a written design, before you even turn a hypnosis recording on. Your written goal should be a statement that sums up the exact result you want to experience after listening to the hypnosis session numerous times. For an example we may assume you have got the plan to being more assured.

Firstly write down a statement outling your intention and alter it so it becomes an affirmation or set of affirmations. Make it present tense and extraordinarily positive in nature. "I am increasing my confidence everyday", "I am self assured and self assured in each circumstance" and "I can feel my self confidence augmenting everyday" are one or two good examples.

Make sure that you do not include the negative aspect your goal or what you don't want such as "I am no longer low in confidence" or "My low self-image is getting better". These statements target the situation as it is not how you want it to be. So remember keep the statement positive and only include what you do need! While still in a waking state think how you would look and feel if these statements were right. Take some time now and make a psychological picture of how you suspect the 'new ' confident you would walk and hear their self warranted talk and see how they have interaction with people. Imagine what sort of feelings this person would be feeling. Construct a production in your brain that shows you as the assured person you wish to be. See yourself being that confident in circumstances that usually make you feel insecure, scared or nervous. You may use this psychological motion picture during your self-hypnotic trance session.

Start by inhaling deeply. In through your nose to the count of 5 allowing your lungs to expand and then out delicately thru your mouth to the count of 5 emptying your lungs. This could relax your body.

Target your stare softly on a spot in front of you. Look for somewhere that's a little above eye-level while you keep your head straight.

Relax each muscle group of your body starting with your feet and moving up to your head. While doing this permit your eyes to shut when they begin to feel heavy.

Now take a deep breath and on the breathe out psychologically repeat your confirmation. Do this for 1 or 2 cycles till you are feeling the affirmation is starting to feel just like the truth.

Continue to respire deeply and imagine that you are at a film theatre. In front of you hangs a big wide projection screen. Up on the massive wide screen start to project the mental movie you made earlier and let it run numerous times. Imagine you can hear the flick audience cheer and clap as the flick begins to run. Clap and cheer yourself as you watch that 'other ' you acting how you need to act and exhibiting the kind of assured behaviour you would like to have.

So as to stay utterly relaxed and in charge of your self hypnosis session continue to respire deeply and slowly.

Now imagine you are floating up towards the screen. The fans is going wild as they know what is about to happen. They're cheering you on! Imagine that you float into the screen and become part of the movie. You land just behind that 'other you ' facing the back of their head.

At this time take a step and walk into that 'new ' you just as you would step into a projection or as if you wear trying on some new clothing. The new you is a perfect fit! Watch as the colours around get brighter, the sounds get louder and the scene gets larger. As you enter the new you, feel how it feels to be that person. See what that person sees. Hear what that person hears.

In the distance on the other side of the screen you can hear the onlookers going wild with delight as you perform and act as that 'other ' you would act. Feel how good that feels.

Now repeat your confirmations as you imagine the 'other ' assured you would say them. Feel and accept that these statements are right. Say them with conviction.

Now once you feel all those great sensations of confidence, self guarantee and self confidence just allow the scene to start to fade. Count back from 5 to 1 and permit your eyes to open. Become totally informed of your environment as you bring yourself back to physical fact but bring with you all those good feelings.
