As proof that this is now in demand, employees are always encouraged to attend seminars so they can rehash their knowledge and polish their skills.

Not everyone has the innate ability to display leadership as if it is already second nature to them. Then again, this can always be learned as well. You just need to take the right courses and be under the supervision of qualified professionals who are competent, credible and possesses a high caliber of intellect.

Companies can do better if they learn to adapt the Shackleton leadership program in their structure. At the same time, ordinary citizens can better position themselves in the society if they are making changes that will be for the greater good. Absorption of valuable traits is only a part of the cycle. You need to envision it, and live in with it.
