The Hour Power of Tony Robbins

By Scott Shimberg

Everyone needs a Coach. From the Little Leaguer to the Olympic Freestyler, the Champion Figure Skater to the Blue Ribbon Debate Team. Yes, and most importantly the Entrepreneur. Charting the every day direction and plotting the course of a small business necessitates the outside perspective that a Coach can give, best of all if that coach can be neatly inside your iphone!

Tony Robbins Hour Power, is the perfect addition to our iTunes library. Without fail, he's available with guidance and support when the Executive Team schedules a meeting. That meeting could be driving to soccer practices, sitting around the kitchen table after kid's bedtimes, or first of the day over a cup of freshly brewed java. Never tardy, Tony adds a perspective to our gathering by mixing just the right pinch of encouragement with the perfect splash of drive.

If you have never listened to his Famous Hour of Power seminar, it is indeed worth listening to. He insists that everyone NEEDS an hour to themselves EVERY DAY to set the real drive into motion.

Listen in on a few words from Coach Tony:

"Train yourself to jump out of bed immediately, with no hesitation, and start your day with movement."

Keep your shoes beside the bed and hit the ground running! Get up each day and physically move, going outside your house and starting with a walk to warm up your body and wake up your metabolism.

"Then, for the first five minutes of your walk, practice the pattern of "breath walking." Inhale four times through your nose, exhale four times through your mouth, and repeat continuously."

Think about everything you're grateful for. Start with yourself and include your family, friends, business associates, and special moments in your life.

Visualize everything you want in your life as if you had already achieved it and you were grateful for it.

"Your brain can't tell the difference between something you vividly imagine and something you actually experience; whatever you focus on, you'll move toward."

"Focus on what you want to create today. What do you want to make happen? What do you want to do, achieve, or accomplish? See it happening the way you want it."

We highly encourage you to seek out any of Tony's recordings - YouTube or audio, you'll be glad you did. We probably sound like some affiliate marketer for Tony Robbins, but when you find something that clicks, you just feel like paying it forward and telling a few friends. We'll be happy to share our coach with you for an hour a day. It will be our secret!

Until the Next Time
