Technique 1: Study in Intervals

Adults tend to have a short attention span. Actually studies have shown that a fit adult would stay interested and alert to a certain repetitive task for at least a maximum of 20 minutes! Just 20 minutes! And that's the attention of a healthy adult towards a task he does daily.
