If you've been sitting in your chair for quite some time, shake your leg. Or get on up and walk for a minute. The point it, you simply actually need to get your blood flowing.

Eat Your Breakfast

I know you have heard this one 1,000,000 and one times already, but it is really true: do not skip breakfast! They say that creativeness is at its prime in the early morning so it is best to get some protein.

In fact some studies suggest that if you do not eat a heavy or balanced breakfast, your opportunities to get a headache just got higher. Besides, having some food in your stomach can actually help you concentrate and understand whatever it is you are studying.

Eat a Light Lunch

Stunned? Yes, if you're learning different speed learning methodologies, you need to eat a light lunch. Studies prove that if you eat a heavy meal for lunch time, you'll have an inclination to be a little lightheaded or sleepy.

Due to that fatigue, people will then feel just like taking a sleep! Not good if you are still learning fast learning methodologies.

Enhance Your Cognition

There are many cognitive enhancers in the market right now. Of course, the most noted and used as caffeine. But if you want to remain awake while keeping your cognitive skills at a high, you must try out gingko biloba.

This is a natural supplement you can find in some drugstores and in most Chinese drug stores. There are essentially some foods or drinks that contain gingko biloba, simply look for those to help reinforce your memory.
