This problem is mostly caused by high temperatures, which are a result of dry weather and hot periods. It is important that you avoid the effects of these periods because they worsen the conditions. This includes use of cover like umbrellas to avoid their direct effect. You should also try to avoid the times when its effect is maximum, like not getting out in the after noon.
